This design was hand-painted by Kristy then converted into a placemat pattern by the artist for a handcrafted look. 

The Louisiana iris is a beloved native flower by many New Orleanians, but for me- it reminds me of long walks with my daughter through City Park. Every Spring they pop up all around the border of the bayous and ponds in clusters of interesting shapes and vibrant colors.

I created the pattern in a few different colorways and was able to narrow it down to two: french pink and lilac.

This placemat is a rectangle shape with cut corners made with heavy weight woven spun polyester– it lays flat and has a crisp look. Each one is printed to order using high quality materials, excellent printing practices, and gives attention to detail with polished edges.
